Privacy Policy

Scope. Sensie, LLC operates two distinct offerings: SomaBets, a consumer application available at somabets.com, and Sensie, a business-facing service that licenses algorithmic and analytics APIs to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to the SomaBets consumer service and the somabets.com website. The Sensie API service is governed by a separate agreement provided to API customers at the time of onboarding.

Your privacy is critically important to us. At SomaBets we have a few fundamental principles:

• We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
• We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
• In our SomaBets products, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what's visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.

It is SomaBets's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website and/or mobile application.

Website Visitors

Like most website and mobile operators, SomaBets collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. SomaBets's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how SomaBets's visitors use its website and/or mobile application.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to SomaBets's websites choose to interact with SomaBets in ways that require SomaBets to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that SomaBets gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at somabets.com to provide a username and email address. SomaBets may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website and/or mobile application. For instance, SomaBets may monitor the most popular content on the somabets.com site. Soma Bets may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, SomaBets does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

SomaBets discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on SomaBets's behalf or to provide services available at SomaBets's website and/or mobile application, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of service providers to operate our business:

• Payment processing: Stripe processes our payments, handles subscription management, and manages billing-related communications. Stripe collects payment information directly — we do not store your credit card details.
• Hosting and infrastructure: Our application is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that may process your data in order to deliver the service.
• Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand how our services are used and to improve them.
• Professional advisers: Legal and accounting professionals as needed.
• Authorities: Government bodies where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal obligations.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. SomaBets uses cookies to help SomaBets identify and track visitors, their usage of Soma Bets website, and their website access preferences. SomaBets visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Soma Bets's websites, with the drawback that certain features of Soma Bets's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Business Transfers
